And its my Last day at T. Rowe Price.

Always store the keys to the locked filing cabinet inside the locked filing cabinet. You know right where they are, and no one will lose them that way. Having seen this many a time, I fear no locked filing cabinet, for I have a cordless drill and a 1/4 drill bit. And a screwdriver.

I have paperclips and pen tops... It's amazing how much trouble (or desks) you can get into that way. :)

Here's our logic.

If people lock their keys in their file cabinet, they call us.
We could pick the lock if we wanted. Much easier with the proper kit. Sometimes, if we have a spare key, we can get that and unlock things.
If we don't have a spare key, we drill out the lock regardless if we could pick it or not. This means we don't have to worry about them doing that again with that lock, and it means they and the people around them will possibly pay more attention next time and not lock their keys in their file cabinets.
Make a few examples out of items, and the rest people fall in line nicely and start paying more attention.

Death Star Protocol.

Wow. How long has it been?

That's pretty spiffy. It must be hard to say goodbye to a few, and verrrry easy to say goodbye to the rest.
